Who we are
L & L Cleaning Services, a family-owned cleaning business in Fair Oaks, California.
What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us.
The estimate form
When you tap “Send request”, the details you enter (name, email, phone, address, ZIP code and the details of your cleaning) are delivered to our email inbox through Web3Forms (operated by Web3Creative), a form delivery service, so we can prepare your estimate and contact you. This website does not keep a copy. Web3Forms sends the data encrypted, may keep submissions for up to three years, and checks the sender's IP and email address with spam filters (CleanTalk and Akismet), as described in its own privacy policy. If you tap “Text us instead”, your phone opens a text message to us with the details filled in, and nothing is sent until you send it yourself.
Text messages
If you check “It's OK to text me”, we may text you about your estimate and appointments. We won't send marketing spam, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.
When you contact us
When you text, call or email us, your message goes straight to our phone or inbox. We use your information only to answer you, prepare your estimate and schedule the cleaning. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Web hosting
Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) to keep the site secure and running.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to Google, Facebook and Instagram, and the estimate form is delivered by Web3Forms. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Do Not Track
This website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. No third parties collect personal information through this website.
Your choices
To ask what information we have from your messages, or to ask us to delete it, text or call (279) 732-9910, or email l.lcleanigservices@gmail.com.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
